Every parent or guardian of an All Hallows
child has given us an awesome responsibility – that of caring
for and respecting a unique individual with God-given grace and
rights.
Of course, this is also an immense privilege.
We aspire to ensure that professional
excellence, shared empathy and commitment to true family values
are reflected in every facet of the school.
For it's only in such
an environment, we believe, that each child has the opportunity
to grow spiritually, socially and individually as an independent,
integrated, fulfilled and happy person. All Hallows is a great place to be and children enjoy, immensely, their belonging to a wider family that is rooted firmly in Christian values.
The light and warmth that radiates from the
very 'candle' within each child illuminates our lives as staff.
In partnership with parents, we continue to do all that we can
to nurture the flame within each child and to draw out from each
single individual this light and its colours.
We are extremely proud of our comprehensive
network of care. Every single child matters enormously, as do
their families. Our systems are extremely tightly co-ordinated
and nothing, whatsoever, is left to chance. Our care for the
individual underpins, without question, our educational philosophy.
Our school and the opportunity to live and to learn is not just for the children. Many mums and dads, as well as the staff continue their own personal development through a wide range of activities that take place in the evenings and over the weekend and holiday periods. All Hallows is truly and living and learning community.
The ISI Report following inspection in November 2009 praised the “effective leadership and the excellent relationships that exist within the school” as key factors in pupils’ high achievements. The links the school has with its parents and the community were also recognised as being of an exceptionally high quality and the report noted that “pupils are exceptionally well cared for.”
